This process updates your active directory username first.last@wchs.health and password. Which will be the same single sign on credentials enabling you to log onto your computer, login to your Outlook email, teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.

Please note, at this time, THIS is the ONLY way to reset your password in active directory.

    • This means that the "forgot my password" features on individual applications will not work with any longevity- if at all. Any temporary updates will eventually revert back to the active directory credentials with the next sync.

    • When applications regularly prompt you to reset your password, again you will need to follow this process attached.

    • When you forget your password and contact IT, this is the secure process you will be directed to follow for resetting your credentials.

  • We utilize exclusively locked// follow-me printing.

    1. Everyone is issued a four digit printing code when they are hired.

    2. They will be expected to print to the "MyQ Printer" every time. Click here to locate instructions on how to locate the “My Q Printer” location on your deskop. NOTE: There are no specific printer names for specific areas.

    3. Once the job is sent, go use your printing pin to accept that job and print it at whichever printer is nearest to you.

It is a good idea to test this new printing set up, rather than waiting until you need it.
